The Green Bean and the Little Pea
A green bean and a little pea were the best of friends. One day they were walking down the street when a truck came by and hit the green bean. The bean was rushed to the hospital and the little pea paced anxiously in the waiting room. After a while, the doctor came out.
"Mr. Pea, I have some good news and bad news", he said. "The good news is that your friend the green bean is going to live. The bad news is that he will be a vegetable for the rest of his life."
